STMicroelectronics STM32F301K8T6 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 based microcontroller manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a part of the STM32F30x series of microcontrollers, which also includes STM32F302KBT6, STM32F303KBT6 and STM32F303K8T6. The STM32F301K8T6 combines very high-performance ARM Cortex-M4 processor with high-frequency memories and rich peripherals to provide the excellent determinism and real-time performance required for fast computing and precise control. It includes a 64-Kbyte data flash memory, 32-Kbyte SRAM, and up to 128-Kbyte Flexible Memory Controller with hardware ECO functionality for easy support of external peripherals. The STM32F301K8T6 is well-suited for automation, motor control, measurement, audio, and low-power applications. This microcontroller also has a wide array of analog and digital peripherals for communication, including multiple serial interfaces, USB, CAN, and I2C, as well as peripherals for touch sensing and motor control. With its ARM Cortex-M4 core and low voltage operation, the STM32F301K8T6 allows developers to easily create sophisticated applications while minimizing power consumption. It is supported by the STM32CubeMX, a software development environment with a graphical user interface. The STM32F301K8T6 is available in a 64-pin LQFP package.
